gir1.2-folks-0.6 software package provides library to aggregates people into metacontacts - GObject-Introspection, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gir1.2-folks-0.6
gir1.2-folks-0.6 is installed in your system.
